UPS and FedEx have suspended guaranteed delivery dates until further notice. Thus, the arrival date of your package(s) may be subject to change.

Address Updates
Re-routing a domestic package after it has shipped from our facility is subject to a $12.00 service fee. International shipments, and domestic packages shipped via USPS cannot be updated or altered after leaving our facility. We strongly recommend checking your confirmation email promptly after placing an order.

International Customers
You can order all your skate products directly from our website. We may require additional information before we process your order. Please promptly reply to all inquiries to avoid order cancellation. International orders cannot be held longer than 7 business days.

To estimate shipping cost, simply add all items into your shipping cart. Shipping quotes do not include duties or import taxes of your home country. All shipping quotes and prices listed on www.stoked2sk8.com are in USD Currency.

Your local government will bill and collect from you all customs and duties charges, if applicable. Refusal to pay any additional charges, fees, or taxes will terminate all future orders from Stoked 2 Sk8.
When using your credit card, you will be billed in USD Currency and your credit card company will bill you with your local currency at the current exchange rate. Stoked 2 Sk8 does not accept electronic use only credit cards.

Shipping Restrictions
Your designated shipping address must reflect the address of the ultimate end-user. Stoked 2 Sk8 will not process any order to a freight forwarder, warehouse, distribution center, airport, or hotel. Stoked 2 Sk8 does not offer wholesale prices or discounted prices for large orders. Stoked 2 Sk8 reserves the right to limit large or suspicious orders at our discretion.

Return Policy​
PACKAGING
We DO NOT accept returns of gripped decks or assembled, custom complete skateboards.
Stoked 2 Sk8 will refuse items returned in unsalable condition OR reduce the refund amount by 50%.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form and same account as tendered at the time of purchase.
In the case that the return of an item results in an order total dropping below a promotional discount threshold, we will reduce the refund amount by the amount of the original discount.
Items purchased online at stoked2sk8.com can be returned in-person at any of our retail locations.
CLOTHING
To qualify for a refund, all returned products must be returned in their original, unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags.
Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached – no pet hair, human hair, smoke odors, or makeup stains.
FOOTWEAR
SKATEBOARDS
Footwear must not be worn and must include the original, undamaged packaging.
If you plan to return your shoes, do not wear them after trying them on.
Skateboard Completes: We DO NOT accept returns of assembled, custom complete skateboards.
Skateboard Decks: We DO NOT accept returns of skate decks with grip tape applied.
Skateboards must be returned without being skated.
Shrink wrapped product must be returned with the wrap still sealed.

Warranties
All items we sell are warranted by the manufacturers against manufacturing defects. Please contact us if you believe your purchase is defective and we will help facilitate a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
